Capricorn Full Moon Rituals for Manifestation

During this full moon in Capricorn, we will be focusing on ways to embrace our career ambitions and turn them into tangible accomplishments. This is a powerful time for manifesting what you want in life, so use this energy to your advantage! We will also be looking at ways to embrace the magick of command, and how to use this energy to create change in different areas of your life.
There is literally nothing wrong with wanting better for yourself; more respect, more money, more power. Capricorn energy usually aligns with building empires, and right now in this world, we need better places created by people who share our goals, our community and our love. We also need to be willing to put in the work required to get there.
Capricorn Utilitarian Basics; "Babywitch" Manifestation Ritual
I personally loathe the term “babywitch” as I don’t think anyone is ever an expert off the bat. However, with the amount of you searching for this I felt in my Capricorn stellium that I needed to share a basic manifestation ritual with you.
During this full moon, we will be working with the element of Earth to ground our intentions and help manifest our desires into reality. Be sure to have your crystals and stones close by, as they will amplify the energy of this ritual – clear quartz is always handy no matter what other crystal you choose to match your intention. You will also need a piece of paper and a pen, as well as a candle (preferably white or green). Set yourself up by a window where you can open it once you’re finished.
First, take a few moments to sit in silence and connect with your breath. Once you feel centred and grounded, begin by writing down your intention for this full moon ritual. What do you want to manifest in your life? It can be anything, big or small. Just be specific and clear about what you desire.
Then, light your candle and hold your piece of paper in the flame for a few seconds, allowing the fire to ignite your intention. Visualize your desire coming into fruition, sparking into life as you do this. Don’t burn all the paper, but just enough to cover to start your magick.
Now, take your paper and place it underneath the candle holder. Allow the candle to burn all the way down, and as it does, imagine your desire coming true. See it playing out in your mind’s eye, step by step. Once the candle has burned all the way down, snuff it out with a candle snuffer or use a glass to cover the wick so that it extinguishes itself. Let the smoke out of your window, into the night air, and to find itself with the Moon.
Remove Distractions; Create Discipline with Dirt
When we have a vision in mind, it can be difficult to achieve it. This isn’t just because life gets in the way, or due to us being genuinely just busy humans, but also because of political and socio-economical circumstances beyond our control that it would prevent us from sometimes even taking that first step.
The thing about Capricorn leaders is that if they are in charge, they want their own way and they don’t take to being second best very well. Whilst not ultimately healthy, a pinch of this energy can be beneficial for those who want to make a change in the world with their career and business.
It allows you to have a clear focus and direction, which can be difficult to maintain when life gets in the way. If you have the time to focus on “bigger picture” visions, then you create more space for this to be a reality.
So how do we work with this energy? One way is by creating discipline in our lives. This doesn’t mean that we need to become robotic or live by a strict set of rules, and it certainly doesn’t mean we dismiss those who are supporting us, but it does mean that we need to respect our time and energy a little bit more. It means showing up for ourselves in a way that is honest and reliable so that we can show up for others in the same way.
One way I like to do this is by creating a dirt barrier. Get messy. Pour some earth around the base of your candle, or even just on a plate. Have it as a centrepiece on your altar or workspace. This is a physical reminder that you are working with the Earth element and that you are focused on manifestation through this full moon ritual.
Another way to work with this energy is by using the colour black. Known for banishing, warding, and protection, this energy can help with redirecting small distractions elsewhere – it doesn’t always have to mean harm or be baneful.
A black sigil created for Do Not Disturb on a door hangar can do a lot more for you than trying to fix all of the problems that prevent you from focusing on your vision solutions.
List your proudest accomplishments to date for Law of Attraction purposes
- Get yourself in your favourite outfit; how you’d dress for a night out, or a special event.
- Pour yourself a glass of a favourite drink or libation that celebrates you and who you are.
- Now, make a list of your proudest accomplishments to date. Include everything, no matter how big or small you think it is. Write them down, and really feel the pride and joy that comes with each one. YOU did that. Remember why you did it, what the end result was, and how good it felt to accomplish something great.
- Frame this, and place it by your mirror where you get ready every day.
- This is a reminder of your power, your greatness, and what you’re capable of accomplishing. Every time you look at it, say out loud “I am proud of myself for ____________” and fill in the blank. This is just a small way that you can work with the full moon in Capricorn energy to help manifest more opportunities to challenge you, to work with your self-respect and to keep you invigorated.
