A Guided Meditation for Witches Who Want to Manifest

Are you looking for a guided meditation to help boost your manifestation skills? Do you want to reach your goals quicker, and with less effort? If so, then this is the perfect meditation for you! In this free guided meditation, we will be working on energy-boosting our manifestation skills.
We will be visualizing what we know we want to achieve in life, and bringing those goals closer to us. With regular practice, you will find that reaching your goals becomes easier and quicker!
Set the scene
A full moon or new moon phase is a great time for guided meditation, but any time you want to work with a manifestation meditation will work; it’s you that is the magick. Ensure you have lots of time to spend on your meditation, and that you are in a “heck yeah I am excited to do this!” state of mind, so you’re less likely to be distracted. If you have other errands to perform or you aren’t able to give enough time to this practice right now, that’s ok. You can pause the preparation and come back to it at any time.
Light some incense that’s linked with your manifestation goal (such as rosemary for knowledge/wisdom, clove for success/wealth, rose for love/romance), and put some ambient lo-fi music or Solfeggio Frequencies on a loop pattern for yourself (I suggest 528hz or 963hz).
Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, and make sure you will not be disturbed. Take a few deep breaths in and out, and allow yourself to relax.
Just before you start the meditation we want to look at your intent. With a journal, notepad, a scrap of paper, or even notes on your phone; write out a list of reasons for the intention behind the manifestation. Why is it that you want what you are asking for? How are you currently working towards the result? When will you be happy seeing progress towards your goal, quickly & possibly challengingly overwhelming? Slowly but potentially testing your patience? How can you work with yourself to trust the process, and give yourself grace in this period of time? If you’re not currently doing the work to get closer to your end game, what is stopping you? Work on these solutions to the questions, and once you feel you’ve answered them keep your notetaking equipment nearby, but get ready to begin the meditation.
A guided meditation for manifestation (script)
Now, let’s begin the guided meditation.
Breathe in for three, and breathe out for four. 1,2,3. 1,2,3,4. In, 2, 3. Out, 2, 3, 4.
In, 2, 3. Out, 2, 3, 4.
We will start by visualizing a bright light surrounding us. It shimmers for you, silver, gold, and white. This light is a representation of our manifestation energy, and it will help us to accomplish our goals. Allow the light to fill you with its power, and feel yourself becoming stronger and more capable of accomplishing your goals. As you sit or lie in this space, know that you are safe and that the light will help to guide you towards what you desire.
As we visualize this light, we will also be visualizing what we want to achieve in life. We may see images of the things we desire, or feel the emotions that come with achieving them. Sit with them for a minute, and welcome them in. Look at each image of the things you desire in all their details. What colors can you see? What does it look like? How does it smell? Does it make you feel warm, excited, and filled with golden love? Does it make you tingle with powerful energy throughout your body?
The big prize, the major item, person, or destination you are currently manifesting is resting against a golden pillow just ahead.
Allow the light to continue shining down on you, around you, within you, and as you do so begin to feel yourself floating gently forwards. You may feel like you’re lifting off the ground, or that you are simply rising up into the air. Take a few deep breaths in and out and allow your body to relax completely.
Now, see yourself moving closer and closer to your goal. See it in front of you, as if it is already a reality. Feel the emotions that come with achieving this goal, and know that you are so deserving of it. And like you are floating towards it in this space, you are working towards it right now in a different space.
Allow the light to continue to guide you, and when you are ready, begin to take final steps towards achieving your goal. See yourself succeeding, and feel the joy and happiness that comes with reaching your goals.
List the positive emotions that rise within you. Embrace this moment. The warmth. The golden sparkle. The silver shimmers. The comforting white. Your goals see you for who you truly are like an intuitive knowing, the past present, and future you, and with every beat of your heart now you know that this was ALWAYS meant to happen for you. It’s been waiting for you.
When you are finished with this meditation, take a few deep breaths in and out and allow yourself to slowly come back to reality. Thank the light for its guidance, and know that you will be able to manifest your goals with its help. As you open your eyes, you may not see the colored light anymore – but it is always with you, as you move closer to the end results you seek and are seeking you too.
Ensure after any meditation that you drink plenty of fluids, that you take any notes, and that all flames are extinguished/areas ventilated/music switched off when you are ready.
The guided meditation for manifestation is a powerful way to help you achieve your goals. As you sit in the light and often visualize what you want, you will feel yourself becoming stronger and more capable of reaching your goals. Allow the light when you close your eyes to energy to boost you towards what you desire, and when you are ready, take the final steps towards achieving your goal. You’ve got this. You’re literally magick.
