In the enthralling realm where divination meets art, a unique form of expression emerges – Tarot Haikus. It’s a realm where the mystic symbolism of the tarot cards is distilled into the crisp, succinct form of haikus, potent verses consisting merely of 17 syllables.
I always thought of tarot as an art form, and so I felt inspired to try to turn my knowledge of the major arcana cards into haikus.
I love this convergence of divination and poetry, creating a unique amalgamation that uses brevity and symbolism to express the arcane and the mystical.

The Fool New dawn on the path, Trusting life’s uncertain dance, Steps toward the vast.
The Magician Tools within reach shine, Power from the universe, Reality, mine.
The High Priestess Secrets softly hum, Hidden knowledge in shadows, The silent drum thrums.
The Empress Earth’s tender embrace, A nurturing harvest grows, Love fills every space.
The Emperor Foundation and law, Stability in order, Strength without flaw.
The Hierophant Old wisdom speaks true, Tradition’s roots run deep, To thyself be true.
The Lovers Hearts entwined as one, Amidst choice, passion, and strife, Love’s journey begun.
The Chariot Conflict and control, Journey driven by will, Victorious goal.
Strength Lion’s heart within, Love overcomes, fear gives way, True power to win.
The Hermit Alone with the stars, Inner light outshines the dark, Truth’s path is not far.
Wheel of Fortune Cycle turns anew, Fate spins, fortunes rise and fall, Change is constant, true.
Justice Balance in each hand, Eyes blind to deceit or guise, Fairness takes a stand.
The Hanged Man Suspended in thought, New perspectives shine, once sought, Wisdom self-taught.
Death End is but a door, Transition, change, rebirth, Life is so much more.
Temperance Balance, patience, peace, Harmony in fusion, Tensions will decrease.
The Devil Bonds of our own make, In shadowed mirrors we wake, Freedom’s path to take.
The Tower Lightning cracks old walls, Unexpected upheaval, From chaos, truth calls.
The Star Night’s silvery glow, Guiding light of hope and dreams, Trust in what you know.
The Moon Shadows dance and play, Illusions in soft moonlight, Trust in your own way.
The Sun Warmth fills the wide sky, Light reveals joy, life, and growth, Radiance held high.
Judgement Awakening call, Past, present, future converge, Redemption for all.
The World Cycle is complete, Harmony in every beat, Journey’s end so sweet.
